It's understandable why he did not get any medical attention. They obviously though that he was faking. It wouldve and sense to fake too, becuase he would stay longer in america.
Just as obviously, they were wrong. And the warden is not a doctor. If this was your brother, father, your best friend, would you say then, it's okay that they laughed and pushed him around while he was dying? That it's understandable?
If a hospital had denied care, it would be found criminally negligent and liable. It is when society deteriorates to such a degree that certain categories of human life are considered "less worthy" that we have preconditions for genocide.
Russia did not attack any pipelines contrary to the claims of this expert. So there was no cut of oil due to the direct actions of the Russians. Nice theory though and the background appears logically plausible.
