  • i could barely hear the guy because my ears are clogged

  • this would be a great video...if the earwax wasnt blocking my hearing O.o

  • Pedophile voice lol.

  • Love the bowtie :D

  • I don't use Q-Tips unless my ear feels weird because of wax because your ear gets cleaned whenever you put your head under the water in that bathtub. When I do use a Q-Tip, I make sure no cotton with come loose and that I do a circular motion so it doesn't put it back.

  • 0:55. Focus on da camera 😄

  • Personally, i just use a shotgun.

  • all i can see is his bow tie.reminds me of that mole from the movie Austin powers

  • DAT BOWTIE

  • If only ear wax will come out easily...

  • @KevonHills

Sorry for this late reply. Anyway, thanks

for sharing me this solution offered by the site:

    StopTinnitusToday.info

cause I was going to pay a large amount

of money for a device to treat this ailment

when you recommend me this. I took a

bullet in it and it was such a relieved! IT

    did what it promised!

  • I used the ear candles before after a nice warm bath and got so much wax out it was incredible. my hearing was much better and so I don't agree with this man that they don't work.

The way I found out how much wax I had removed was by cutting the remaining candle open. I did have some skepticism at first so I burnt a text candle to see if the same result occurred but there wasn't anything in the thing. So I know that the ear candle work.

  • Ear wax doesn't always fall out on its own. I had a hearing issue so I went to an ENT Dr. He takes a pair of these long, thin tweezers and goes into my ear. It hurt like hell, but he came out with a ball of wax about 1/2 a cm, and voila! I could hear again!!!!

  • woah okay im from england and i have issues with ear wax :/ and the doctors here told me to put a bottle of olive oil on the radiator to warm it and then putting drops in and leaving it for a while :S and ive been doing that for a while, it hasnt removed it but its just made it all like...gooey rather than hard and youve just told me that i shouldnt use that :S oh dear... :S

  • if i dont clean my ears, they get so itchy it drives me nuts

  • @wyvernheart8 i had the same problem had to go to doctors, and the problem was too much cleaning not enough ear wax, i couldn't go swimming without earplugs but now its fixed, and i dont clean my ears anymore

  • @wyvernheart8 Yeah, I have the same problem too.

  • using hydrogen peroxide on the ear dosent that burn skin?

  • I'm an audio engineer, having clear ears is essential for me.

  • i have been told my motorcycle is so loud it vibrates the ear wax out of my fellow riders ears.... lol who wants to go for a ride??

  • @woclaz I'll go for a ride, as long as....

  • Well what you can do is actually show us how to get the ear wax out .. and get yourself a tie man !

  • how long does it take for ear wax to fall out? iv been using Q-tips and once got a small amount of cotton stuck. today i have half the hearing in my left and but my right ear is normal. It feels like a pressure build up as if i were in an airplane.

  • rapist voice....how to catch a predator...

  • omgosh mine is giving me like vertigo anyone let me know if anything worked for u guys

  • @zakeness ive done the olive oil trick. heat up a little olive oil make sure its not to hot then pour a lit bit in your ear lay sideways for ten minutes then let it come out. It also reduces the pain you feel in your ear.

  • II CANT HEAR YOUUUU

  • This guy is telling us not to clean or ears! I think we are here because we didn't clean our ears in the first place

  • ear candling didn't work for me but it got 3 huge clumps of ear wax out

  • his voice is very romantic

  • Fuck sake he doesnt show you shit

  • he wears a bowtie because he is epic like that...

  • oh im done arguing with you. im glad your daddy had alot of money to send you to the wrong college. maybe you should go get renew your degree but pick a new college. you just like stealing money from poor people.

  • IT'S THE BOWTIE KILLER, HE LOVES SMILEY PIES!

  • ear wax falls out of my ears ._. i hear things WAYYY to loud.

  • Thats an awesome bowtie!

  • lol ppl find earwax very diturbing

  • He's a scam. Ear candles do work don't listen to him.

  • @1986marge

SURE they do. The only thing ear candles remove is money from your wallet.

  • is this a joke?

  • :50 !!!! WHAT DID HE LOOK AT

  • he whispers to not wake up his mom

  • @iSantaro Well i'll be, it does!!

  • wow all these long decades of using the QTIP...........I'm blown away by this new information.

  • i have like built ear wax and its or to get out cuz i hurt my canel help!!

  • His voice is so soothing, just as relaxing as getting your ear cleaned.

  • Anyone who does ear candling is illiterate. Just read any article online.

  • Ear candling doesn't work??? Wow I'm not an expert but nearly 2 grams of earwax is in my bin right now pulled out of my blocked ear by ear candling... prove it for yourself....

  • @Samvelgors That's from the candle itself. The entire thing is a scam.

  • The only reason why u don't want someone to do ear candles is so u get the person to come into your office so u can get the big buck. Ear candling does work and has been around for hundreds of years.

  • @1986marge The fact that it's been around for a long time has nothing to do with whether it works. Next time you use an ear candle, do a little experiment. Burn one candle in your ear and another one not in the ear. You'll see that the debris is only coming from the candle. None of it comes out of your ear.

  • Thanks. You really gave some good tips I didn't know about. Also, I love the bow tie(:

  • he looks like bill nye the science guy..

  • USE a SYRINGE from CVS PHARMACY it works!!!

  • WHAT?? I CAN'T HEAR YOU! I HAVE EAR WAX IN MY EAR!! SPEAK UP!

  • I want some baby tweezers to take out the wax from my ears.

  • thank u.

  • can u use peroxide?

  • @mrkhristoff if you listened he actually recommended staying AWAY from "earcandling"

  • problem with my ear wax, it is hard and not stick to my ears, when lying down, it is rolling inside my ears each time i turn my head from 1 side to another, causing irritating noise, cant get it out, any recommendation?

  • @ncs2000 use warm salt water not alota salt know dnt wnt to dry out ur ear drumXD...after the water hold application lay down with that ear down

  • OLIVE OIL? YEAH YOU CAN DO A EAR WAX SALAD LOL LOL

  • HE IS SHOWING US HOW TO GET RID OF OUR EAR WAX BY DESTROYING OUR EAR DRUM HAHAHA

  • HE IS ONE OF THOSE ALIENS TRYING TO COMMUNICATE THAT'S WHAT IT IS.. OH OK GOT IT LOL

  • Yes, very calming voice, and a super presentation, but doc, lose the bow tie...preferably in a shredder.

  • thanks doc.

    It helped me a lot...

  • people say olive oil gets earwax out but can anyone please tell me if it really gets it out or just softens it up/loosens it or w/e..Im 13 and i have anxiety+ear congestion problems so it's not comfortable getting them flushed, i've tried once and i couldnt go through with it because i had a panic attack at the feeling it gave me..I want an easy way to remove it without setting off my anxiety or being painful. It is mostly my left ear and i've had a build up for quite some time now, please help

  • @BobizEpic An M-80 will take the ear wax out and get rid of the anxiety. Glad I could help!

That was Casey Kassim... wasn't it???

  • I like that bowtie

  • his bow toie caught me offguard

  • Dude....Whats up with the tie? (º_º)

  • Out of all the neck ties in the world, why that one?

  • i will tell u how use a q tip ok

  • I've don ear candling before and its worked on me. But I do get a little freaked out with such a big flame by your head haha

  • Thank you sir. Excellent teaching. Folks, listen and learn from the doctor. RN

  • Ear Candling HAS to work! I saw Charles Trippy do it!

  • Comment removed

  • im glad that now i know this

  • ear candling DOES work, it's just hard finding the right person that performs that well. he's such an idiot.

  • @jellopanda2 Ear candling DOES NOT work. There are many websites out there that show this, do a little research.

  • Is he talking to mice or people?

  • use ear wax remover drops dont listen to this clown i had blocked ear yesterday and ive been using them twice a day and my ear is clear :D

  • @AdamsLee94 "I did something once with good results, therefore I know more about the topic than a trained medical professional" Also, the guy says using ear drops is fine, did you even watch the video?

  • Lol, the bow tie.

  • where's the audio for this video? can't hear anything...

    wait, what??

  • Use q tips people..don't listen to your doctor and let your ear get infected. If you are uncoordinated and afraid you'll push the wax up into your ear or puncture your eardrum, use a toothpic and wind cotton on the end making your own smaller q tip. Or let it build up until it starts hurting then go to the doctor and let him dig it out for hundreds of dollars

  • I'm having INCREDIBLE hearing problems lately, and I do not want to harm my ear. I just looked at this video for advice. If anyone (preferably a med student) could give me further information about helping my hearing, it would be greatly appreciated if you would contact me. Thank you.

  • It mostly depends on your ethnicity. My ear wax isn't that gross chunky kind- it's the very fine powder kind. I've been using q-tips since I was little and when I recently had my ears looked at by a doctor, he was blown away by how clean everything was and asked what I use, thinking it was a chemical or one of those picks. He looked disturbed when I said it was all from q-tips.

  • @xtortugaviejox Of course he's disturbed... it's incredibly bad for your ears! And while your ears are clear of wax, that doesn't necessarily mean "clean". Ear wax is a sign of a healthy ear and it protects against infection. It only becomes a problem if there is excessive wax build-up. I'm a med student, btw :)

  • @fireandice027 That's nice.

  • @fireandice027 you basically just summarised what he said ._.

  • Bow Tie.

  • bill nye copy cat !!!

  • Thanks very much, doctor, for these fine easy to recall and obey instructions. Gratefully & Respectfully, RN

  • would you really take advice from a man with a bow tie like that ?

  • you know whats disturbing? that bowtie

  • he didn't really tel me how to remove it, he just said what not to do...

  • I thought he was nice:)

  • I refuse to listen to a guy wearing a bowtie.

  • i like his bow tie lmao

  • My dr. prescribed squeezing the contents of a garlic gel cap in our ears as kids at the first sign of infection. I can't say we never got ear infections but suddenly none of us were anaemic and our sparkly friends stopped hanging. Weird.

  • WHAT??? I CAN'T HEAR YOU!! SPEAK UP!!

  • Hey Doc!

Thanx for the tips, prroxide did it.

I was having trouble hearing after using a qtip earlier.

now i can hear again... :)

  • wait his wearing a bowtie ?!?! DONT TRUST HIM

  • @theQer It's more hygienic than wearing a normal tie.

  • @theQer LMAO XD I WAS THINKING THAT TO! he looks like a sleazy, tacky business man/doctor haha

  • @theQer good eye

  • @theQer Bill Nye wore a bowtie....

  • just flush it out yourself with water. why let one of these clowns rip off your insurance company for hundreds of $. this dude sounds like a m0lester with that voice...nice tie

  • I know what your talking about. See my six comments for the best thing I've figured out so far.

  • There will be some moisture left in your ears. Put your fingers in them, and wipe straight down, then they will dry faster.

  • Forgot to mention, I do this once in the AM, and then again at night, every day. I find that it does take the place of using H2O2 in preventing ear wax (no idea why), and any water in my ears does dry out after a few minutes.

  • I had ear wax build up really bad a while back in one ear. I did not want it again. To prevent ear wax build up, I was putting about 1/2 dropper full of H2O2 in each ear for 10 minutes, about every 10 days. I was doing it "as needed," which was when they felt itchy. I read about this in a book of doctor's home remedies. It worked to prevent ear wax buildup great. I had been doing this for about 10 years.

  • Maybe on the 11th year, I got an ear infection, which surprised me, and I took some anti-biotics. How could this ear infection happen if I'm putting H2O2 in there? That bothered me. Also, after I get out of the shower, there would be moisture in my ears, which was irritating, and took a while to dry out. Use a hair dryer on them each time? A lot of work. I needed to try something else. The ear drops they have are slimy and expensive - I don't like them.

  • Reading around, I read of people using combinations of isopropyl alcohol and white vinegar. One page said to use 50-50 - ouch. I tried a ratio of 1/4 iso to 3/4 of white vinegar. I decided to use a rubbing alcohol container to hold the mixture. It holds a total of 16 oz, so this would be 4 oz of iso and 12 oz of white vinegar. That was too strong, so I reduced it to 2 oz of iso and 14 oz of white vinegar. This might even be a little high on the isopropyl side, but it's not bad.

  • I wet a Q-Tip with it, and use a different end for each ear. I don't put it in much farther than when it starts to narrow. I read that the iso binds the water, and dries it up. Sound is a little muffled for a few minutes after doing this, but everything seems to be ok, and I have not gotten the ear infection back. Don't put anything smaller than your elbow in your ear? Ok, but no one is giving me a plan of action that I like, so I will take matters into my own hands, and see what happens.

  • He whispers because of that bo tie.

  • i was prescribed olive oil drops by my local doctor?! :S

  • @tomasjames92 rancid ear much? :P

  • @prefix331 it's fine actually. my doctor said it was to soften the wax so it could be removed easily by an ear syringing machine thingy. it's not really a cure, more of a necessary element of treatment.

  • @tomasjames92 I've never heard of olive oil drops. Almond oil drop are usually prescribed. Your Dr. Must have received his degree online.

  • men my ear huts i think i push all the wax all the way into the ear drum cant really hear and it hurts

  • cape fear wt??????????

  • SWEET TIE DOOD!!

  • Thanks for sharing it! I will do that next time! Dr. David is that normal after ear operation in ear is it normal that the face has to be paralyze? pLEASE HELP ME!

  • AYE?!

  • what the fuck is up with the mono-tone voice.. nasty

  • For many years I've heard....."Never put anything in your ear." I swab my ears almost daily. My ear canals itch when wax is present. Drives me crazy. I've found that after submerging my head in during a hot bath, the wax liquifies and is easier to remove with a Q tip.

  • where can I buy this bowtie? Do you want to sell it?

  • This guy has the most calming voice ever.

Should make an ipod with him just saying stuff... wear it to bed.

  • @jorgekluney lol same, i'd rather just buy him on ebay and put him in water-less aquariam with my hamsters, feed him information every three days

  • BWAHAHAHAAA!!!

    Now that's funny!! THanks Gidg!!

  • @jorgekluney lol thx

  • @jorgekluney he's the Bob Ross of medicine. Happy little earwax.

  • I find the tie disturbing.

  • @bigoceandotnet LMAO wordd

  • @bigoceandotnet Hey according to Dr. Who Bow ties are cool

  • yeah many ear wax come out frm my ear auto

  • commercial? no way. next.

  • wtf is ear candleing??

  • Ear candleing is a medical procedure that happens where ears need to be healed. It can be very dangerous for certain reasons.

  • My mom and I used ear drops in my ears when I had Swimmer's Ear last year in January.

  • Ok then I don't understand there was a guy that didn't clean his ears for two years, and he had to go to the doctor to get his ears cleaned. So to not clean your ears seems like it would be bad.

  • He has a big head and little arms. :D

  • i havent submerged my head in water for over 10 years, when i bathed i never let any water get into my ears. then one day i went to get my sinus tubes unblocked with a special liquid and hoover method and it felt like they removed half of my head, about a truck full of wax dropped out each ear, it was pure bliss.

  • @CityHunter84 how do u get ur sinus unblocked by a doctor?

  • they use a steam vaporiser machine mixed with high solution menthol substance. i have rhinitus so my nasal is always blocked, theres no cure except surgery to burn away tissue in your nose but it grows back.

  • NeilMed NetiPot, can get up there better with the Sinus Rinse. I don't use the packets, they contain baking soda. I just use 1/4 tsp of tablesalt in 8 oz of distilled. That's an isotonic solution, which is what you want. Plain water is hypotonic, more salt that what is in your cells is hypertonice, both of those will sting.

  • thanks doc! half alcohol and half white vinegar was awesome!!!

  • my doctor told me to use a bobby pin i'd normally use for my hair and use that to scrape the earwa out XD

  • You've got the reassuring doctor voice down pat :)

  • If you're having trouble hearing this guy, then you have a wax build up.

    right? RIGHT?!

  • i definitely do right now, that's why i searched ear wax on youtube. i can barely hear with my right ear.

  • @smikules Unfortunately, I had to turn up the volume really loud to hear this. He is totally whispering (oh the irony eh?) I have two ruptured ear drums. :(

  • @smikules lawlz i see wut u did tharrr

  • @smikules WHAT??!! Wudja' say?

  • @smikules LMAOOOOO

  • why is whispering and wearing a bow tie?...suspicious

  • Comment removed
