  • I got the same processor and graphics card. My CPU fan is kabuto scythe sckbt 1000. MBO Asus P5Q3. I was wondering how you overclocked your CPU and how much could I do. Nice driving.

  • @TheSpanjaMan 3.4 - 3.6 with no problems, this is a very fresh cpu, never went up behind 60ºC :)

And thanks for the nice driving thing :)

  • @wwwwwoooeeee and thank you for your answer. :)

  • @TheSpanjaMan no problem :)

  • @Uddel2HD thanks man ;)

  • i can see 1080p on that PC system is a tiny bit slow . not 100% fluent

  • great vid! you know how much i can overclock the Q9400 with a stock fan? i'm considering to by it

  • @yocbjone probably the max is 3.2ghz, and thats my 24/7 clocks :)

Max i could reach with a aftermarket cooler was 4.0ghz with LOTS of voltage

  • thats really good, thanks, i'm going for it!

  • hey nice vid, I had a question I am upgrading to an ati 5850 and you said you did but my current cpu is an E8400 @ 3ghz im thinking of upgrading to your same CPU but leaving it at stock speeds cause i cant overclock lol let me know what you think stay with core 2 duo or go to quad core?

  • let the core 2 duo rock more time dude ;D e8400 @ 3.0ghz still rules

  • I'm about to start building a set-up almost exactly like that; how well can you run Crysis?

  • @walkley101 awesome, but i recomend to change to a 5850 like i did, to give more performance

  • Ok, I'll definitely give it a look. Cheers!

  • Do u play this with a steering wheel?

  • @vTreliaris In this video now, but now i play with a logitech g25

  • Do you notice a difference with fraps on and fraps off? I see no reason to have high fps :( To the eye it really is no diff, but to benchmarking it is.

  • yes, theres a lot a difference with fraps and without

  • Ehh, sorry I didn't deep with what I mean't to say. I mean't the eye can only really see 30 fps and perfectly see no lag, any less than 30 fps and the eye will see the actual in-game lag. So that saying, with

30+ fps you really don't need a better graphics card.. as I am seeing people get better ones for no 'actual purpose'. So indeed fraps makes a difference, but you see so only if it goes below 30 fps. So I still see no reason for a GPU that performs at 40-50+ fps :(

  • yes there is a visual difference, i find it more difucult to drive

  • Is this TV/MONITOR good? I am going to buy one so i want to know. THANKS

  • its good but its a monitor dude.

    good for the price

  • awesome ! :)

  • I have the same monitor as you!

  • hehe :) awesome monitor for the price isnt it?

  • this is the HD4890 XXX edition??

  • no, sapphire´s normal edition

  • this Need for Speed has sounds from an old Toca game of the 90's

    (i don't remember the name)

  • i never played 90´s toca´s so i cant really tell u man =/

but if u saying ur right :)

    thanks for watching anyways ;)

  • it's toca 2 touring cars lol.. i've found it

    anyway.. i'm going to buy the Q9400, HD4730 (512MB GDDR5) @ 1680x1050, corsair dominator kit (2GB 1GHz) and asus P5Q Deluxe.. i hope games run like that :D

  • 4730 =/ get a 5750 man its gonna worth it :)

  • i know T__T but it costs too much :D

and i don't have much time for playing games.. so i only need my pc runs programs fast :P

  • oh then 4730 will be enough :)

  • Lol I noticed this too :P

    Reminded me of it haha

  • Is the Q9400 a good quad in playing high end games and do you think you need to upgrade it in the next 2-3 years?

  • yes im shure u need to upgrade :P

cos core 2 is an old tecnology....

the future are the amd´s and the core i7/i5

  • i have my new gaming pc...Q9400 2.6, ASUS P5QL-EM, GEEFORCE 9500GT, w/ 500wts PSU... my question now. this is really good 4 my personal gaming pc?

  • the gpu is horrible and its not a really good pc until u change ur gpu....

  • I have bought this game but my pc won't read it because of my radeon x1050 (i know it sucks)

But if I get a radeon 4770 crossfire will it read it maxed?

    Intel Core Dua @2.44 GHz

    4 GB of RAM

  • if i have precessor Intel® Celeron® Dual Core-processor E3200, 4GB and Asus ATI Radeon HD 4850 1GB can i play this game on gigh?

  • no, because ur cpu is taking almost 50% of the performance of the gpu...

if u get a good dual core cpu (Core 2 Duo E8400)

then u can max this game out

  • ok thanks, lucky i haven't bought that computer yet :D in that case i will buy a core 2 duo e8400

  • buy a core 2 quad q9450 for future proof

  • I just want a PC that i can play on high settings and still have good fps eaven when I record. What's the best precessor for that?

  • ok, if u choose intel, and dont want to spend to much money, the q9450 or the q9550... if u want to spend even less than i think, my q9400 will handle the job ;D

  • I think I go with the E8400 because it's mutch cheaper

    thanks for your help

  • But, I guy said I could run crysis with high on this precossr: Intel® Celeron® Dual Core-processor E3200

Why can't I play shift then?

  • because that processor gives bottleneck on ur gpu!

it takes almost 50% of the performance of the gpu, because its to weak....

Take the E8400 and im shure u will be happy ;D

  • ok, sorry if i'm don't understand so much, I dont know so much about cooputers but now i know a little thanks :D

  • np mate ;D

  • but if I have Intel E7500, 4GB DDR2, and Geforce GTS250, IS it any defferense?

  • auch....

    dont buy nvidia!!!

its the worst deal uve ever encounter

  • why, it says it's one of the most powerful cards on the market today

  • gts250 is a reformulated 9800gtx+(wich is old)...

get a good HD4870 for example

  • but is it such a big differense?

  • between 4870 and gts250, there is big difference friend

  • but the graphics card is not the only thing to make a game run good right?

Sp would I be able to play crysis or NFS shift och high or very high settings anyway?

  • if u got a good cpu, the gpu will change everything...

I would recomend a 4870... but its ur choice

  • ok I will see, I will come back if it's anything else that's bother me, thanks again!

  • im here man, just ask when u want ;D

  • well this game, like many other EA games are made to run on the cuda platform ... but.... it doesn't use Nvidia GPU power to run the API but the CPU so yes a stronger CPU will be better. well the ATI 5770 is dirt cheap and it compares with the GTX 260 maybe save up and get a 5850 almost half the price of a GTX295 but will get DDR5, DX 11, SM 5.0, Direct compute 5.0...

  • im gonna get a 5870 in xmas....

and gonna upgrade the whole system later to a core i7 or so...

  • thats gonna be awesome. the other thing is to wait for the 5870x2 or the 2GiG versions. my brother has the i7 920 awesome CPU ive got the AMD 955 @ 3400Mhz great CPU and the setup is much cheaper. ATI/AMD is diffently doing something right with there GPUs and there Phenom II. I'm just gonna get 5850 as my budget is a bit out the door.

  • amd/ati price/performance way is very competitive...

but theres no way it can beat intel :P

  • r8!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • nao, rs4

  • ruisinho muito bom pa cntinue assim

  • Nice! I played this on PS3 and then i get NFS for the pc and ... on pc is much much better!

    Rated 5*

  • thanks man ;D

  • Awesome bro! Great gameplay and graphics! 5/5

  • thanks mate ;D

  • ta bue fixe rui continua assim!!!!
