@legoaan it probably depends on where you get them, these were bought in a Massachusetts for $15 a piece, which really isn't bad.... but you have to feed them and they will need much more substantial food than just fish flakes as you see here. They are carnivorous so expect to be purchasing other fish to feed them, you can get goldfish for like 15 cents a piece at walmart
They probably would, however I wouldn't recommend that. All amphibians have some degree of toxicity from their skin, some a lot more than others. Although in most salamanders this level is rather low to us, it still could potentially harm the fish and that probably isn't a risk you would want to take. I'm not familiar with the physiology of piranha but it still isn't something that I would risk. I would stick to fish and maybe worms, but I have never tried worms.
the goldfish is nicer than the pirahnas
