@greshxxxx Really? Sorry, But I'm playing the open beta right now, which is awesome. And the full game comes out next week. Even EAxis can't screw up that bad in so short a time, especially with the reception they're probably getting as of yet. No point in drastically changing a game which is virtually finished.

Surprisingly, Maxis did an extremely good job on this game.

It's REALLY good! Try the beta and you'll see what I mean. It may be a Diablo clone, but it's a great one at that! Add Spore customization options and it becomes epic.

@daniellos333 The key in this game is making your character, just like how magicka is about using the right combo of spells. that's a game style. that statement is as ridiculous as saying every beat 'em up or hack and slash is a copy of god of war, how every horror game is a copy of resident evil or How every FPS with modern weapons is a worse copy of COD.

Dont get me wrong, i love spore. But the reason i loved it was becuase it was unique in the way u could explore the galaxy, Evolve from a micro-organism And much more custom content. I mean, this looks pretty crap to me, It has no 'Unique sell point', I mean its just turned into ANOTHER RPG... BORING! EAxis u fail!

Why not bring out better expansion? Like beeing able to travel to diffrent galaxy's on Spore? Its a shame, u have a GREAT Game, why make a NEW shit one?

@TheTruthIsClose its called darkspore not spore. and spore was shit since they simplified it so much since it took 2 terobytes of ram, after all that simplification the game felt like a ripoff to me so this is way better

@dec20056 Guess i over-reacted about this, And agreed spore does have alot of downfalls. I'm just gutted that they had a good idea to include in the gameplay - (Terra-forming planets / Evolotion gameplay/ Space travel + all the customisation of the Planets/Creatures) And have been reduced to turning it into another RPG... What makes it diffrent from all the other games mentioned on this thread?.. You can Customise your character?. Cant you do that on most RPG/MMORPG's?
