@byhurst131 ye he did, he put in a lot of gym time and he built some serious mass,but it didn't suit him,randys style requires him to be quick and mobile,and the muscle mass slowed him down so it was keep the muscle chnage your style or lose the muscle keep your style

Orton seems to be a naturally lean guy.
