Safety Tip: Don't EVER remove a burning pan from the stove top - EVER! It is the safest place for the pan to be burning. If you accidentally dropped or spilled the pan, you would have fire on you, the floor and the kitchen counters and maybe the curtains over the sink too. Just put the lid on it and leave it. Also, WAY too much brandy for this recipe. You were asking for trouble. Other than your fire hazard, it sure looks good! PS-I'm a fireman, and I can cook too! :)
