Really lovely outfits!! My favourite is the first one! I really like how the dress looks like with black leather jacket& black clutch! Love that style!
i've been looking for the exact dress #2 that you showed in this video and i can't find it. the oasis version is just not as 'business' looking.... I assume that one can't get the French Connection version anymore?????
Your make-up looks really pretty and I love all the pieces you wore for this video. You're lucky to have a grandmother with good taste. Those handbags are cute!
does anyone know if it's "ok" for shorter/slender girls to wear thicker waist belts? I have one from my sister that I love with big buckles and things on it but I'm not sure it looks right with my body type... thank you <3
Wow, you seem very good at choosing what dress is perfect for certain body shapes! Ive learnt alot from this video (:
however ive got a question..
Im going to a party in a couple of weeks and im struggling to choose a dress. my body shape is basically really really thin, no curves and broad shoulders :L
Please can you explain to me what type of dress i should get, or mayby just clothes in gereral, cause my clothes never really suit me. i look too skinny :/
@OXbrowneyedbeauty Wearing 50's style dresses with flared skiirts can create a curvier sillouette. If you can get one with fuss around the bust area this will also make your breasts look bigger. Make sure the dress fits as well, if it drowns you it's just make you look even smaller. I wore a dress like this to my prom. I'm kinda your shape, but I have more up top.
Guys, Anna just gave you a general idea of what the main idea of each dress should be!The main line and "rules" it should follow!!!!!!! She didn't tell you : "go buy these exact dresses, at that color, at this matterial"....Jesus stop taking everything so literally!!!
i don't think the dark, navy blazer went well with the navy dress. it was too, like, matchy matchy. i think a beige, gray, or white blazer would be a better contrast :)
that grey baby blue zippered peplum is so me i love it! definitley cute and classic dress choices for the holidays! and i love the first black clutch very classy!
I'm not curvy & personally I wouldn't wear the first dress just as is.. I'd probably wear a belt to exentuate a small waste & to add some curves. Otherwise you'll end up looking more of a ruler with a dress on.
@veronicachic Follow two rules: 1. Widen your shoulders and 2. De-emphasize your hips since it's the contrast between top and bottom that makes you pear shaped. Capped, puffed, or long sleeves widen shoulders just like a strapless, off-the-shoulder, square or cowl-neck neckline would. A-line and empire waist dresses skim over your hips to play them down. Also go for detail and lighter colors on top(for attention), as well as plain and darker colored(to slim) on the bottom.

i need help!! can i wear legging to a wedding?? cos my leg is not pretty and i prefer hiding it. thanx!!
shoutFUN 4 months ago
I have trouble finding dresses to suit me! My shape is:
-->Big breasts (E cup) which I don't like showing
-->Broad-ish shoulders
-->Small waist from the side but from the front I look pretty much straight between my waist and hips as I have stupid small hips
For the either show cleavage or leg (never both) rule I always prefer to show my legs rather than my bust.
PLEASE HELP!
