It seems to be a dialect basically spoken in norther part of Japan. But it could be a combination of various dialects in order to give the flavor of localism to the song. Shame I did not realize it until I read your comment, tho I am a native speaker. (+_+);;;

P.S. "Akita" is a prefecture in northern Japan.

P.S.2 "Akita Neru" means " (I'm) bored. Off to bed." Some guy(s) used this expression when he/they got bored of chatting. They are basically those people who do not like Miku.

Correction to my earlier comment. The vid says at the begining that she sings the song with "To-o-no" dialect, an area in Iwate prefecture, just next to Akita prefecture. These areas are anyway known for the strong dialects, not that beautiful, I would add, but lots of localism at the same time.

There are tons of Rin fans, but most of Rin's songs tend to also involve Len-kun or some other vocaloid in some way though, so that might be the cause of the dim population compared to other vocaloids. And out of the two singers, people tend to choose Len-kun over Rin because out of from what i've seen, the vocaloid fan population in more on the feminine side then masculine...

If anything, the Neru fan population is pretty small compared to other vocaloids...
