  • that's st. augustine? nice...

  • it was better on ocracoke that day

  • that right at 3:06 got so sick, some1 shoulda been on it

  • where is this

  • i got like 8ft+ that night it was so fun

  • that's awesome! I wish i were out there! school starts too soon :(

  • looks super fun.

  • There's always one guy in a group of surfers, same guy who has reached a meager stage of mediocrity , that has to spew how great it is somewhere else to make himself feel good.

  • I would have went if i was good enough hope its like this next year when im bgetter

  • oengus no one said the waves in this video were 10 - 15 you moron.

and how come someone from the east coast has dominated the "real surfing world" for the last 9 yrs?

  • Oengus 85 why do you have to be such an ass dude. Find the video called Tow-Surfing Hatteras Noel. If you think those are head high waves then I don't care how good of a surfer you are because you are total moron.

  • 2:56 he gets like a half a second barrel ride...thats awesome for the east coast

  • Oengus85 you're a fag...come to Holgate on Long Beach Island..I'll out surf you..then i'll beat your ass..fucking kook

  • This looks like a great day. Lucky you caught it on tape. I surfed at Jones beach all day. I was eaten alive by these little bugs that got caught in my wetsuit. Now I can't stop itching. However with those waves, it was all worth it.

  • i live in montauk. we surfed today, the waves were 8 to 10 foot with some 12 footers. not beginner waves.

  • nice, i was in montauk during the hurricane, the waves were awesome. I have a vid of it, check my channel

  • just to let you east coasters know, cuz i just came from a month tirp in NC...a wave shoulder to head high is not 10'...the waves in this video are 3-4 maybe 5' tops...and nothing but ankle snappers...great for beginners and newbies though, and from the daily surf of what looked like a lake i would be stoked, but dont go telling people its 10-15'

  • Just so you know...the waves were six feet all weekend on the east coat...you just caught a bad month man. We get some great waves during hurricane season. Sometimes these waves get as good or better than a san clemente break, youve just got to wait it out

  • Bill is coming to Maine. All the Island (acadia) bouys R reading 16-22 ft @ 16-17 seconds. Will have to wait till Monday but we R all going to look at it in the pm.

  • maybe 16-22 to you east coasters..but to the rest of the real surfing world. i am betting you will be lucky to find it at 10' on the face.

  • It was too big everywhere except a cove or 2. And junky, so if yours was clean, you win!

  • my beach wouldn't let me surf

  • went to ponce today, the park i went to i found to be better than the inlet, bigger barrels for longer periods, but the current sucked... took me bout a half a mile in 15-20 mins. overall amazing day of surfing

  • I knew i should have packed up and drove over... its hella flat down here in the gulf hopefully we get a hurricane soon...

  • I knew I should have drove the 8 hours for a weekend surf trip. It looks like so much fun and now I'm kicking myself.

  • It looks like the paddle out is soooo easy there....I live in tx and even with a hurricane its hard as hell to paddle out most of the time.

  • I was wondering what Bill was doing to the east coast surf. Looks great. I heard VA beach was epic too. Hunter is right, OC Maryland is shore breakers if anything at all. I wonder how it looked yesterday though.

  • Thanks for the video post. I was getting frustrated trying to explain what the surf is like...now I can show them! Thanks again.
