  • Not much...when your doing push ups with the ball your hitting muscles used for dribbling.

  • Alot of kids think just playing everyday will get you better. It won't because you keep playing with the same bad habits. Working on your game will get you much faster results.

  • playing pick up games all the time won't get you better. Training will, You should look into Better Basketball, Ganon Baker, Pistol Pete, Micah Lancaster Training DVDs

  • Your stomach will be super tight after the first few times doing that can't do it every day every othr day is good.
