You're going to have to try Ebay or Amazon Marketplace for the Black color, as distributors in our area alongside the official website are no longer providing it in that color.  We think this means the item is now discontinued and no longer being produced.

Ive never had a problem like that or putting them into my pockets (back or front) my only complain is the cover (eventually) lifts where the sound buttons are about 1/4". This doesn't effect the performance just the look... quazi-moto esque.

It's a little tougher due to the sides gripping onto anything it rubs up against. Not the hardest case to do so, but not as easy as a full slick or glossy cover.

@xTwistedDarknessx I like to think so. My bro has an iPhone 4 and their pretty much matched. I don't know about you but I'd rather have Microsoft behind everything than Apple.
