Donkey kong land 2 Final battle + ending

I have a problem with my game. whenever i play it on a game boy color or SP, the graphics get fuzzy at times. like in water levels, if i swim close to some thing, it looks all glitched up, but then it gets fine. It also glitches up in other parts, as if i need to blow in the cartridge, but that doesnt help.

i dont remember that happening when i would use it on a super game boy or a gameboy pocket, but it will do it on any system gameboy color or up.

does this happen to anyone else?

That'd be because they are using Original Gameboy 8-bit Graphics...SNES =16 bit. GBA = 16 bit!
