I have never been dumped...but I have fallen in love with someone who did not love me back...and never did I make him less desirable...I still love him. it's the way it will be with this man...my heart already knows this.

I think writers would be lost without their broken hearts. Looking back, I wouldn't undo a single one. My life feels so much richer and not at all sadder because of them, not anymore anyway.

How strange that this was made into a poem. A Vermeer was stolen from the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston in 1990 and hasn't been recovered since. I wonder if the author knows something about it? If he does he needs to call the F.B.I.. I love Boston. And as far as your broken heart, yeah it hurts and so you write poetry until the pain goes away. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. It all depends.
