i like your jorts. but not your kicks, theyre not very good. punches arent bad, but if you werent wearing gloves (a real street fight) youd break your wrist or hand the way you punch sometimes. you also dont have enough torque in your strikes (your stance is too much sideways sometimes). and yes, im so powerful behind my keyboard blah blah blah. im just sharing my input after 13 yrs of over 5 styles of martial arts. id suggest learning both traditional MA and sport MMA if you want to be better
@chunkysoup42 eh your perception is what it is, but the gloves have no wrist support, hitting that bag im punching solid weights behind a couple layers of clothes(check the vid if you dont buy it), like a real skull, so i doubt id break my hand in reality unless you know of someone with a 150lb skull. lol i hear my stance is too sideways or too square so i do what i do.
@chunkysoup42 as for traditional ma ive studied every form ive heard of for the something like 8 years, thats not a boast its just lots of alone time to geek out and study, and ive taken years of actual kickboxing training from a pro mma gym. to be honest i was never happy with this video anyways id rather you look at the one before it if youre gonna critique. i was still getting familier with a bag now weighing 50lbs more and having a skull.
@narezul just did. id suggest punching bare knuckle to condition your fist and wrist though. ive been punching a 130lb bag and brick walls to condition mine. gloves are good for added weight, but they basically let you get away with punching with sloppy form and with the outermost knuckles which are always the ones to break in a real fight. i still think you need more power out of your kicks though. i think you just need to open your groin more, you need more flexibility and explosiveness.
