some recommended guns would be

M1911 (a .45 pistol reliable and ammo is common)

M1 garand or M1 caribine (WW2 semi auto rifles M1 Gar. uses 30-06 a powerful and common round M1 Car. uses a rarer round but is smaller andlighter)

Any 12 guage pump shotgun (common ammo and relible)

If you purchase agun make sure to nuy sufficent ammo

consider riding bikes instead of cars as fuel WILL be scarce

1. knife is useless in combat and when you closed it you cut yourself. for better options look at cheaper than dirt

2. you need more water look at buying a Camelbak

3. flashlight is very low power check out maglite or surefire for better options

5. consider buying a better first aid kit. bandaids won't do crap if you get shot or stabbed
