One of my fav Zep pieces!!! It's important to note that Jimmy Page is essentially reconstructing a classical Indian "Raga" . Ravi Shankar composed pieces like this (well not quite like this... just a diff style.. still quite amazing) called "Ragas".

yea this song is extremely unique, along with jimmy page. i have never heard any song sound anything close to what this is, truely epic in my opinion. jimmy may not be the absolute best guitarist in the world, but if you can't fucking admit that he IS ONE OF THE BEST you are a fucking idiot. i mean he was extremely fucked up on drugs while playing this and hit it dead on, maid it sound amazing considering it was an acoustic song with very awkward tuning. this is a video that will live on forever

@lsvtecb18c1 I agree with you completetely appart form, he was not yet fuced up on drugs yet, yes they probably all smoked a bit of pot at this time but it wasn't until later that they moved on to cocaine and for jimmy heroin. Heroin was what really fucked with jimmy in the late 70s... what you hear here, is pure musical talent.
