@oggiemc83 it was. they had a showing of the film in south africa and the most common complement on his performance was that his accent was virtually identical. Very well could be the most accurate performance of an accent by an outsider in cinema history. Ladies and gentlemen...when most of us are well into old age...critics will look back and say dicaprio was amongst the top 5 if not top 3 actors in recorded history. Perhaps even the best ever.
