Carter Burwell wrote the main theme to Fargo years before this song was released.. No way it's a coincidence. I'm amazed no legal ranglings about it. Beautiful in metal-form, though!
Because Sinergy on abmus have at least one cover or remake. That is official cover remake, than it isnt illegal because Sinergy do not own the song, and it rights than I thing rights for producing cover or remake of that song and artist have Sinergy surely reserved :).
