chun is above yun. her matchup with yun is still 6-4 but she has more advantage matchups than yun. including an advantage against ken. yun vs. ken is 5-5.
plus if you have never seen a kara throwing chun fuck someone up, go watch some nuki vids. there is some skill right there.
but if you started a round with 3 supers, then that probably means you lost the last round =P
and plus you can quickroll/parry out of unblockable setups like that if you're good enough (but if even if you're good enough, it probably won't happen XD)
Uhm, Aegis Relector only stocks up to 2 supers, but I see what you mean. I actually try my best to save meter for the second round so I can attempt this everytime. xD
You can't quickroll out of this setup because if the last hit you take before falling is a superart hit, you can't quickstand/roll.
Really, this is a great way to humiliate Chun-Li. :D

and yeah, you're right. my friend made me scared of urien forever. but he's been playing 3s in tourneys since forever, i just started playing at tourneys. once in a while he'll mess up, so everytime i get caught in it, i try to quickroll. i'm not even gonna bother trying to parry out of it, i can't do it. =P
Uhm, yes she is the top tier... Standing HP 4tw. Check the complete japanese tier list, she's above everyone else. Ken and Yun come in 2nd and 3rd place.
I don't really like to guide myself by tier lists, but IMHO a character with which you only need normals and a verifiable low MK which connects to one of the most damaging supers in the game should be pretty high up the list.
even if chun isn't THE top tier, he's not that far off. the 3s tier list is always changing. it used to be ken, then it became chun, and now it's yun.
god, stop playing SF just because he made 1 little mistake on the tier list? maybe you should stop playing for misrepresenting the 3s competitive community. not all of us are jerks.
and even if she isn't TOP TIER, she is the onf of the cheapest. half your life gone because of 1 random poke xxsuper. atleast yun takes some skill with his combos.
i'm not arguing with you about that. i'm arguing because you were being a jerk to gabrielkeene for making a little mistake. and it's easy to avoid damage from a yun user if you know how to parry, whereas fighting a chunli, the smallest little poke that comes out instantly = half your life gone. parry a single hit form yun, and you've messed him up for life.
I can't understand tier lists, myself... Dudley and Ken seem to be the most powerful characters in the game, but Dudley is always listed as mid tier... wtf
