I don't really care about LUSH's products. Their shampoos dry my hair out, their face products make me break out and their soaps/shower jellies are just too inconvenient to use. However I LOVE their massage bars (my favourites are Strawberry Feels Forever and Heavanilli which both smell of vanilla and cocoa butter) and Dream Cream :) I hate the smell of HIWTK soap, it smells like lemons to me..
