  • Well one year later this song still resonates with me, that is all I can say......

  • Peace and Love To All Good People Out There

  • A really beautiful song::..!!!!!!!

  • Told you all so....this is an awesome non confrontational song that brings us all together irregardless of religion and politics........

  • @rikkisongs07 True it is non confrontational, but it is honestly just wishful thinking. Does more harm than good because it tries to put us into a impossible fantasy. Let's just try and compare Muhammad and Jesus and say they are both ways to get to heaven. Can't be true, they are both conflicting religions that have been fighting for a 1000 years. Each of them claims to be the only way. This song accomplishes nothing in my opinion. Tell me what you think. Not trying to be confrontational.

  • @myfingerstypedthis Jon Anderson's opinion is that the spirit of God is within every human being, and the different religions that have sprung up over the eons are all driven by this inner Spirit. The conflict arises when

    humans put their own interpretation on what this Spirit is, where it comes from, and what it wants us to do. But each human is searching either consciously or unconsciously for clearer understanding of this Spirit, of Truth, of the light....

  • @myfingerstypedthis ..... These thoughts and feelings are behind most of Jon's music, and I think they are valid thoughts that give validity to his music. The pure Spirit behind Islam, Christianity, Judaism, and all other major religions is the same. The paradox is that as soon as a religion claims that it is the only way --- It has lost its way!

  • @myfingerstypedthis Check out Jon's live version of this song at the Roxy - the video is here on youtube, but youtube won't let me paste the link here for whatever reason. In the intro to this performance, Jon explains how he came to write this song. Peace and long life to you.
