God loves every single person despite all the bad things they've done. We should follow in his example, and so we love people no matter what they do. That doesn't mean we condone their actions, but we let them know it was wrong but we still love them no matter what they do. Loving people in the world cannot be a bad thing.

There is a message and I guess that it is saying that you change your life this instant, or literally "Tonight". I know that is pretty simplistic but i had the same feelings and you do, sorta still do.
