The inner mass is full spin gyroscopic particles and is magnetic.
The outer mass is half spin particles and is electric.
Using a resonant frequency or electric hysteresis, the outer mass will accelerate much more rapidly.
This intensifies electro-magnetic field separation and produces a clock rate flow differential (time compression electron drag will show in an accelerated field) in the electric outer mass half spin side.

Electrical side is then accelerated into a relativistic time compression.
Magnetic particles attempt to torque, this causes static fields to pour energy in to maintain original particle position in heater motor coil.
sounds alot like gyroscopic properties. To turn something against torque with no apparent leverage you definently would have to spin a mass against it. So instead of being a basic gyro your saying that it is leveraging(torque) against the time differences between the inner spinning mass from the outter spinning mass.

So while tapping into it likely will slow the rotation of planet earth as you suggest, it should be a nearly undetectable amount.
Patrick, don't you think there is a problem if we extract energy from the planets inertial field? Suppose the population of the planet uses something like 5kw continuously, in a matter of a few years our orbit would be substantially shorter. That doesn't sound "free"

wow that is cool, i thought it was plasma that made the water fuel cells work. i have found a white powder on my cathode that was ionized i assume because when i weigh my toob with the powder on it and heat it, it will lose weight, then gain it back.

Any ways my work shows that the disruption of electrons or removal of them shows anti gravity properties. I made a spoon lose weight by leaving the negative on and striking it with the positive.

Thanks Sir Hoax, when I saw your research using an oscilloscope showing a resonant frequency and then you demonstrated conclusively the 'cold electricity' effect with 12 amps on a slender wire, you have proven that HHO gas is a product of a 'Static field reaction.' Good research work.

I think Stanley Meyer failed by trying to make a profit on his invention, he should have just released his device plans and damn well just free us all, don't you think. Thats what i will do if i ever find it..
If you look through his patents it clearly shows a lot of his design. He didn't hide much, but then again I'm not sure he knew he was going to be killed. I'm sure if he did infact know he would of released all of his information to the public. Think about it.
His device is rather simple in concept, but in design it could be also. If looked at it in stages. If you break down the entire device it is simple in its staging, but otherwise complex overall.
