@lemonhead0518 yes even some new bmws need the key plugged to press the start button. And I don't the key charges in the whole, I think there is a battery in it that regular people can't get to. So dealers charge you 10x more to get the battery replaced. And the silver part at the one end comes out after pressing a small button in the key.

It's automatic with a torque convertor - so if you look at how they work it might give you a better idea or understanding of cars. The car would revent him changing or put it on hold until safe, which it did in this video. I wish people like you would learn about things first before posting. Look at the RPM, you can't let go from 1 to 6 because that causes problems to the engine and your not giving time for changing gears.
