I for one love CCA, it was an action-packed badass ending to the UC series (until tomino decided to extend it... I don't think F91 is all that great aside from the plot, all the same it was crammed from a series whereas CCA was written as a movie from the beginning so the plot flows smoother)

If you cant take the cliffhanger ending for Amuro and Char, then stop watching foreign films, anime included. MOST good foreign films have endings that make you THINK, not like spoonfed Hollywood endings.

CCA is a very poorly written movie. There are some nice things about it, but over all it was a very disappointing and lackluster end to the storyline that started with MSG.

F91 was a much more solid film. And the bugs were awesome.

Not really ,everyone's story has a climax and this is Char's and Amuro's. Them getting killed or one killing the other was something their story was working to. In most Gundam series there hardly ever is a "happy" ending.

I heard that Tomino may consider a 3 part mini series to char's counter attack with a backstory on how char survived gryps and his spiral to madness sorta a homage to the new translation of zgundam. I also hear that he may add sayla, kamille, and perhaps Yazan (he escaped during zgundam a new translation in an escape pod and since a new translation rubs out zzgundam he didn't die cuz no zzgundam.)
