  • Qué canción más bonita!! nunca habia visto esto!!! maravilloso!!!

  • My Guitar final.

  • The Beatles at their very best... Relaxed and singing the most wonderful music.

  • I like how there are 3 mics but they still only use 2

  • @AUS01tin only the beatles can do that because their lead guitarist and bassist both sing backup but have different dominant hands and hence can share mics easily. =)

  • Jeremy?

  • THE BEATLES É A MELHOR BANDA DO MUNDO

  • Were they referring to a particular person as Nowhere Man?

  • @misyespitelk yea i read somewhere that the nowhere man is john, because he spent a whole night trying to write a song and couldnt get anything, and then this was created

  • i love this song... <3

  • Wow, this one is a true gem, thanks so much for posting. I love these guys, so wonderful to see them all together live and alive in this clip, making such beautiful music. So sad we have lost John and George!

  • maybe my eyes are the same color as his

  • John Lennon is like me a little bit I hardly ever bother to wear my own glasses and my hair is the same color and about the same length as John's had been and I too also play the Harmonica like he did

  • I like how John forgets the lyrics to his own song

  • uau!impecavel !valeu p postar!

  • Hard to believe that within 2 months or so after this show, "Beatlemania",as it existed, for that brief, brilliant & stunning period ,would end in San Francisco. I sit and dream sometimes, (imagine that ) : ) IF ONLY they could have held out just a "little bit" longer, touring (as they knew it) would vanish/ change so radically, people would have LISTENED to their music.....a huge issue for all of them & things might.....Ahhh well, not to be. : ) Great vids of these shows...Much appreciated.

  • I dedicate this song to my autistic son ARRAN who is a typical NOWHERE MAN. Thanks John for composing this song, when I heard the lyrics, it reminded me of my son who doesn't know what he is missing. God bless my son.

  • Excellent Disc, Very Well..!!!

  • WHAT A GREAT ACT THEY WERE. THEY WERE GREAT SHOWMAN. A TRULY MAGICAL SOUND.

  • Ringo is till the master of the rimshot.

  • The song clicks together when John & George are playing the solo together.

  • @GlasseOnion Yes I know, but technically, he said it lives in all of us, suggesting spirit, but yes you're right, there's just different ways people view things.

  • it will never happen again that such a group of individuals will melt together to create the most wonderful music of the century.

  • @Bluesgerd47

    so bad but true

  • @Bluesgerd47 Two words .. Stone Roses

  • @STFCstoneroses Who? you´re kiddin.

  • @Bluesgerd47 Nope, only band to get near the greantess of the beatles... something magical happens when they play together.. and if you havn't heard them, your missing out

  • @STFCstoneroses you pm'd me and said that the Berlin Reich Marching Band were the greatest of all time?

  • @PBRStreetgangAlmty Albert Speer was my favourite arcitech to, I fucking love all that shit

  • @Bluesgerd47

what about Bela Fleck and the Flecktones... adn they dont' even need vocals.

  • I always love John's gibberish language! Listen 0:12 - 0:20 !!!

  • Listen to McCartney's bass playing! The whole band is a miracle.

  • Fantastic ...

    The Beatles Forever .

  • Since Beatles music is so great and plentiful on You Tube....I' m no longer a Nowhere Man!

  • my brother and i are stuck here and love nowhere land

  • I great version, it rivals the original recording in quality. Regards.

  • Oh ringo... Just drummin and smilin!

  • Brilliance in 66

  • @stingray2001 none of the Beatles would have liked that if they saw it, and he was not arrogant he was atheistic and pacifistic. He wanted to get close to his fans to show them he really cared. And he was murdered by a "lunatic" in front of the Dakota not Central Park. ..........on Monday, December 8th 1980 oh and I'm not trying to be mean..... :p

  • @Smile4theKillCam456 He was not atheistic :"

I believe in God, but not as one thing, not as an old man in the sky. I believe that what people call God is something in all of us. I believe that what Jesus and Mohammed and Buddha and all the rest said was right. It's just that the translations have gone wrong.

" People used to think that he was atheist because of the "Beatles are more popular than Jesus" thing or because they misunderstand his song "God"

  • I don't hate the Beatles b/cause I don't think their music is as good as the Bee Gees. I believe that Paul was the best of them all. John had a horrible childhood and did make something of himself, but he appeared to be arrongant after his success.

The Bee Gees were not full of themselves like the Beatles were and many people love them.

  • Comment removed

  • @lparnell39 Lennon wasn't arrogant, always felt insecure and was not so self assured as he said in "Help!". Because of his childhood, he was very agressive sometimes, I mean verbally. He was not in peace with himself till the birth of his second son. If on stage he was a bit crazy and said something like "shut up I'll kill you" it's because he was nervous and the "beatlemania" was a huge thing. Do you realize a bunch of crazy people who always shouting while you are playing on stage?

  • Is he playing with an Epiphone?

  • @93mood He is indeed.

  • Yes John and George Epiphone Casino

  • Beegees did this better , music part is too loud drowns out their voices..

  • @lparnell39 Thanks Simon Cowell!

  • @lparnell39 That's what I like about this version- louder guitar and drums, a litle bit more "rocky", the voices melting with instruments. Metter of taste..

  • geremy boo

  • can anybody tell me the name of the short song John Lennon sang, in some weird language, before "nowhere man" started? I'd appreciate it :D

  • @GuilleMurto I think it's just some nonsense noise he used to make when the crowd was screaming so much that they couldn't hear them. So... There's no song, I think...

  • @carlalome actually it sounds to me like one of those weird songs eastern people use to sing e_e

  • @GuilleMurto in that case, I have no idea which song is it... LOL

  • @carlalome hahaha thanks anyway, I'll keep looking for it xD

  • @GuilleMurto And so will I.. xD

  • @GuilleMurto its called ``gibberish``

  • @peacemonger1967 I could not find the song but thanks anyway :-)

  • RIP Lennon, legend!

  • I had a guy a work watch this, he is a Beatle hater. You see, he is an old folkie from the early

Dylan days. Anyway after he watched this clip, He said "Man I never liked the Beatles, but boy they were sure good." It was nice to hear the talent being acknowledged.

  • @fergster11 I love 'accidentally' playing a Beatles song in front of supposed 'haters.' i tell u not once have i ever failed to see them bobbing their head. its usually deeply suppressed feelings. the stronger they seem to hate them, the more in denial they are about how much they love them

  • @VerizonCWAStrike

Ya know, as I recall there was some repressed head bobbing. I think he's one of those who blames the Beatles for the inevitable changes that took place in those days, a sort of association disorder. Another coworker hates the Beatles for the out of context "more popular than Christ" comment, but she won't part with her original vinyl copy of Rubber Soul. Thanks for the input.

  • Sometimes I wonder if John & George were still here, and these guys had all stayed together and John had never set eyes on Yoko Ono, what these 4 beautiful Liverpool boys could have achieved in the last 30 years as well. How many more fantastic songs like 'Nowhere Man' ?

  • @namrathah I know, I can't stand Yoko!!!

  • check out nowhere man by dropbox kickass song and not a cover of this one

  • John Lennon. Genius? Amazing? Fabulous? Yes..... Yes..... Yes

  • Such a sad song. very bob dylan-esque. And in my opinion one of thier very best.

  • Wow I'm only 12 and I absolutely LOVE this song!!

  • 1:28 Why do all beatles tribute bands have "john" stand like that? like he has a wedgie?

  • @LtDrg35 Maybe because a tribute is supposed to mimic the original?

  • @TheGreatMando64 why did john stand like that?

  • @LtDrg35 Everyone has their own natural style for things, the manner of John's guitar stance is done with his natural style. He does it as natural as breathing is, he doesn't have to try to put it on.

  • I dedicate this video to Karl Rove.

  • Lennon its the only reason i'm still alive...I love him somuch and much

  • so fabuslous.....one of my favorite beatle songs i just love being able to hear them live and to see a clear video for a change. love...love...love

  • Ditto to above!!

  • Happy Birthday john! My birthday is Nov 17., I hate to say it but i will be 52.Man I hate getting old. I am sick of feeling lonley and bad fo rmyself It just makes me a NOWHERE MAN !!!

  • @frank02111

This was before stage monitoring or fold back whereby singers could hear what they were singing in very loud environments. The Beatles usually did exceptionally well, but this one is a bit shakey. " Can´t hear myself speak or sing " was a common complaint then. Probably one of the reasons they got to prefer studio work where you could hear what you were doing. Great creative band non the less.

  • 0:11 - satanic lenguage

  • @iLoveYoutuveVideos Yeah, right.

  • Wow - Listen to those harmonies!! Simply amazing!!

    Happy Birthday John! <3

  • HAPPY 71ST BIRTHDAY JOHN LENNON <3

rest in peace And take care of George for me.

    I love you

  • @KhisharnaGRIMES SHANSHA

  • this is great!!!!!

    thanks for posting!

1:44-1:46 is great, Paul and George.

  • someone sounds abit off.... i .like it....

  • @BeatleBaby1964 probably RIngo... that fucker always doing something...

  • <3

  • is a really nowhere man?

  • Those 3 dislikes obviously were listening to something else when they clicked that

  • Someone once told me that he was happy that John and George were dead and I slapped him and asked why and he said cause the Beatles had been a waste of time! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • Excelent voices ensamble!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This series of songs seems to be on the edge between the rock and roll Beatles and the mold-breaking psychedelic "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" Beatles. Early tunes like Baby's in Black are played along with Nowhere Man. Clearly they were on the brink of transition. It's an interesting study in the eveolution of the Beatles.

  • In "E" Wow!!!!!

  • the beatles didnt look all weird yet. i always thought this was like a sargeant pepper type song.

  • @burtonrules123 You're thinking of the Yellow Submarine film, which it appeared in. This is from Rubber Soul, which is two albums before Sgt. Pepper.

  • I KNOW OF NO OTHER BAND, PAST OR PRESENT, THAT CAN TURN PEOPLE ON THE WAY THESE GUYS DID AND STILL DO TO THIS DAY, AND PROBABLY GENERATIONS TO COME, (JUDGING BY WHAT IS OUT THERE TODAY)..THE TALENT, GOOD LOOKS AND CHARISMA THESE GUYS HAD WILL NEVER BE MATCHED EVER....

  • @jillzi7 completely agree with you

  • This is incredible. I never seen this before.

  • ringo at 2:15 <3 hahahahaha i love that face

  • U CAN FREAKING HEAR THEM!

  • leave it to the Germans///

  • Too great!!!!

  • Circus Krone Muenchen !!!!!!! Jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

My mother was pregnant with me, when the Beatles sang this.

    GREAT GREAT GREAT UPLOAD !!!!!!!

  • @Banderuola66 so you were weened on rock and roll?

  • ちょーカッコいい

  • "And this song is called Nowhere Man in E" <3

  • Excuse my emotional display ... but John was SO damm hot in 1966 *drools*

  • @ZZqezza They were all hot -- in their own way! :-) But John was special -- he had charisma!! What a loss of a peace loving individual. RIP John and George. We miss you both.

  • @ChrisCurtisFan John Lennon was the biggest douche in the world.

  • @TheTroyBreslow 0/10

  • great quality

  • i like the part when the camera did of a close-up of paul and george singing: ooooohh la la la

  • Best Beatle show in YouTube.

    Best audience and best image.

  • @BrunoLS94 hard to argue with. but same concert doing i'm down, has got to be the funniest.

  • I can't get over how good Paul is on the bass - barely looks at the fretboard.

  • Paul's bass is so powerful...

  • Now, i hafta practice guitar :D

  • i miss john lennon so much

  • this song is about the libya leader i guess....lol

  • @ukyorkie1 Haha, nice theory, but it actually is about Lenon himself. He was sitting around, unable to write a good song. And then, suddenly, the Nowhere Man came to his mind.

  • oohh, my song..

  • so great to see and hear a live performance from so long ago....

  • 1 dislike? Whatatroll...

  • Oh god!

I had never listen to old english SONG!

    But this band totaly ROKIN

  • This was the peak of the peak of the greatest band ever...... Rubber Soul, Revolver, Sgt. Pepper, and their related singles are the greatest albums this band did (and none of their albums are bad)..... what an amazing time with amazing songs.1965-67 was the height of the Beatles creativity. Still amazing to watch this footage that's 45 years old!!!!!

  • so beautiful best band ever who ever disliked it can no longer have friends

  • I was 6 yrs old when I heard their music on radio... Thanks to the latest technology, I have the chance to view the Beatles.... and thanks for uploading this stuff.

  • @fab4fan1960 I can agree w/that! I was only about 2 years older than you when they first hit the USA. Now I didn't listen to them all that much on the radio then. However, I listened to their songs on friends' record players and on tv when they appeared on a show. I did listen to them on the radio later on in mid. 60s to the end, when they broke up. I heard this song the first time when they had their cartoon show on Sat. morning several years ago!

  • john is using ephiphone?

  • @aryowailangitoyo97 yes, John & George use Epiphone Casino guitars from 1966 onwards...

  • The quality on this set of videos is unbelievable. I suspect time travel. ;) (One supposed argument against time travel is "if it exists, where are all the time travelers from the future?" And my answer to that question is "seeing Beatles concerts!")

  • and was it a smile George had when looking at Lennon right after?

  • Nowhere man in E!

  • what Lennon says in anoucement after words NowhereMan? i can't distinguish acoustically

  • I always thought George played the solo on a 12 string awesome sound..... & song!!!!

  • John LOL

  • John makes a vocal mistake at 0:44...all time favorite video still!

  • @ahmedz912 what did he do wrong?

  • @trackman235

he hits the vocal harmony note wrong. Goes out of tune singing "view" in the line "doesn't have a point of view"

  • @ahmedz912 yeah, with no playback speakers. give him a break

  • @uofjim

I know man! was just pointing out the thing for the sake of fun..i love the beatles and they are the best band ever!

  • How many bands today can sing all three at once ? And play an instrument at the same ? And play a such awesome song ?

  • @hifty12 i couldn,t agree more!

  • This is The Beatles, proving for the final time, that they can play live! If the audience would shut up after being forced to lypsynch sometimes in 1965...Dan Nealon

  • is this on a dvd? great quality!

  • i love this Song!! a lil snippet of the lyrics were featured on a Cowbopy Bebop Manga!!

  • Quality is Great!! Terrific Beatles song, one of my favs.

  • Who's that guy on the left?

  • @rgshaluly He looks like the lead singer from that 70s band, Wings.

  • @mackler true... but isn't he more famous for his work with the Quarrymen?

  • One person: GET A LIFE

  • Brilliant song, brilliantly performed!

  • the revolution music of THE BEATLES : ]

  • They are so good live, if u shut your eyes its like listening to their CD.

  • Wern't Peter and Gordan their opening act?

  • I think they overdubbed this?

  • their first song that wasn't about love

  • @MaalePap Maybe that's the moment when John may have thought; " What with all these sappy love songs, I'm going Nowhere man!"

  • John's haiir.aaaah!<33
