It's about his dog, but the humor is that it chould go either way. So it could be about his penis if you think of it that way. There is no right answer.

This comment explains everything about BFS. Yes, they lyrics COULD be about his dick. I laughed so hard when I read the lyrics, until I understood it was about a dog. Then I laughed even harded, founding out how stupid I was believeing Jaret wrote a song about his penis. Now, it's not about his dick, because BFS are a band with a great sense of humor.
