What is the tune called? Is it an original composition?

Thank you! I learned that tune a very long time ago from the playing of Denis Liddy who informed me that it is a composition of John Cooney, a piano player from Ferbane in Co. Offaly. My version is based on what I remembered of the tune, so it probably does not have much in common with the original version.
