i found this video guite interesting i give 8 out of ten for the camera but don't freeze the chcoclate,let it set at room temperature or it will melt at rom temperature.

some just saying melt chocolate in a bowl

or some saying to add shortening or butter

what do any of yall recommend?

I haven't tried the shortening method myself. We kinda just made up this recipe on the fly :) It worked for us, so it will likely work for you. Cheers!

tried it today...the white chocolate worked real well

the dark chocolate came out a bit bitter...imma try it again maybe this time with a little added sugar?
