the putting your foot on your leg thing is easy, and what we do in class is we put one arm up and one leg, its hard, good job on naming it for beginners cuz there are tons of stretches that hurt so bad, like supersplits
the third one is called a lunge, anyway, this is what we do in dance all the time, we also do 50 pushups and if someone cheats we recount the same number, yesterday my dance teacher was like 14, 15, 15, 15, 15, 15, 16, 16, 17, it was crazy, DANCE ISNT AS EASY AS YOU THOUGHT HUH

you dont have to its about building up to it. even for that problem just grab your ankles. You basically want to go as far as you can to the point where it feels tight but not so tight that you feel pain.
bridges are hard for me, how can I get my back to be more flexible... I used to do gymnastics but I'm not very smooth at flips. My back doesn't bent as much as I would want it to bent.
