  • @livs24x7 Because i took up Karate just before Christmas. I have never done ANY kind of exercise since i was at School, and certainly have NEVER before tried the Martial Arts. I am hoping that videos like this and others, (which include men stretching too!!), will help me to 'limber up' a bit more and that will help me in my Karate exercises. Oh and by the way livs24x7--i like MY comment way better than ''SchoolisTorture1'' above, at least i am a gentleman and not a complete a55hole.

  • the putting your foot on your leg thing is easy, and what we do in class is we put one arm up and one leg, its hard, good job on naming it for beginners cuz there are tons of stretches that hurt so bad, like supersplits

  • you dont have to its about building up to it. even for that problem just grab your ankles. You basically want to go as far as you can to the point where it feels tight but not so tight that you feel pain.
