This scared the crap out of me when I heard in the ep...it's a nursery rhyme, but it's freaking terrifying when giant maniacal dolls acting/talking like little children are singing about the Doctor's death. It's referring to Melody/River and the fact that she killed/kills the doctor, after he cradled her as a bady, and the line "Thou Shalt Marry Me" could be either referring to Amy and Rory's wedding or River's in the upcoming season finale, "The Wedding of River Song". :)
