Mars, the closest planet to us is seen as a larger star in the sky. Nibiru isn't even close to Pluto yet. It's impossible to see without government telescope or maybe an extremely expensive one.

There is no global conspiracy capable of keeping something like this secret. Astronomy is simply too easy to do. If that planet existed, and was that bright with the sun that high above the horizon, you could get a detailed view of it with binoculars.
So if you know where Nibiru is in the sky, why don't you go buy a decent telescope, hook some recording equipment up to it, and take a detailed picture of your planet?
If that's where it is in the sky, it will continue to be there for quite some time.
