Just to update, since the Double XP weekend, the flower pot has been altered!!! You can NO LONGER get to the open basement location, which requireed you kneel up against the corner wall, it's been sealed off by ROCKSTAR! UGH!!

@yesMaliciousATu glitches are not put there by the game maker. they are parts of the game the makers didn't put barriers or patch them while they finished the game. that is why there is always updates because they have patched glitches or there is new DLC
