you dont shoot on a heavyweight at that level. if you look closely, mocco is quick in lowering his stance. tommy is way off balance most of the time. shame mocco didnt set up a sweep when rowlands put his bodyweight on him.

its not the proper heavyweight style. heavweights should focus on bringing their weight onto the opponents shoulders and arms. its incredibly painful when you have 240+lbs on your arms and shoulders. from there you can arm drag pretty easily or suplex/suplay.
