Poor Tony Scannell (DS Ted Roach) had actually been beaten-up during the filming of this episode, and is injuries were very real.
Note the purple Austin Maxi at 10.29 dumped in the car park of the flats, missing its wheels. The same car was used at DS Roach's car in the episode The Chief Superintendent's Party.
marvellous watching the first few seasons with Galloway. I watched most of these when they first came out. Love the fact it is so nitty gritty and the political correctness doesn't exisit like it does today.
