Why does everybody look at god as being a separate entity...? I always kinda looked at everybody as being a god but trapped within a mind. Every being is perfect from the beginning yet we try to change the world around us in order to be happy instead of using a lil brutally honest introspection on the inside and allowing things to change on there own. Theres alot of wisdom in simply sittin on ur ass and workin on your own head :)

We see a Christian hold a three-inch cylinder packed with dead leaves, set it on fire

and suck on it, and we pronounce that is a sin. dont get me wrong its unhealthy and i certainly wouldnt do it, but too many people are quick to judge.

if jesus had wanted to set an example of how to be healthy he might have been born in a 5 star hotel or maybe even slept in a real bed rather than in a stinky bed probably filled with bugs. jesus came to save us from our sins not to live longer or healthier.

Not to be rude, but have you ever read the Bible? and do you know when Jesus was even born? I dont think anyone knew what a 5 star hotel was, nor what a cig was. Plus, Jesus lived in fine conditions, he was probably rich thanks to the three wise men. If you're trying to justify something that is just wrong, then that's no better than someone trying to justify a person's addiction to porn or to drugs. I would give you a -1 for sounding kind of stupid, but +1 for a good metaphor at the beginning.

I don't know but if he is supposed to be Jesus and he's smoking a cigarette I think that's a little too far, I know Jesus was not as traditional as the religious people, but come one, he wouldn't be destroying his body with a cigarette or promoting it to others. Even non-Christians are against cigarettes. GOOD NIGHT PEOPLE!!!!!

I admit when I read your comment I was a little annoyed. We as people aren't in any position to say what Jesus would and wouldn't do. I mean his first known miracle was turning water into an alcoholic beverage. If what your saying were true, don't you think it'd be the other way around? He never came to Earth to be with the good guys, but to chill with the THE SINNERS! Smoking isn't a sin. It can be an unhealthy habit, but if you think that he's destroying his body, remember how he saved us all.

there is a new movie that just rapped filming with kevin max called "imposter". It is about a christian singer that is part of a band that loses his way and falls into addiction etc. It tells his journey to recover. Very simular idea to what happened actually happened to John James of the Newsboys. You can google the movie "imposter the movie". It also has Jeff Deyo and Kerry Livgren from Kansas and AD.
