    It's not necessary to put cabbage in these, you could put anything you want in them.I don' think flour would make them crispier. Thanks!

  • hey man great vid I see sometimes there's cabbage in these is it necessary? Also did you coat the rolls in flour before frying, would that make them crispier?

  • I bet trying to make the wrappers wouldn't be that hard and would be thrifty too. TBH IDK
