I never saw this movie before (that I can remember) so in the gap between the end of 7 and 8 we had, I came up with my own transmission; Thumbilina stared at the fire until it became really awkward, the mole said "will you say 'I do'?", she said "nope, I love the fairy" the bird swoops in, she lets down her hair, climbs on the bird, says "Thumbilina out, bitches" then flies away like a boss.

The scene at 2:03 onward is hilarious for a few reasons. Not only does she sprout wings, her dress magically fixes itself. And then when she comments on the amazing transformation, her mouth doesn't move. LOL

Thumbelina's wedding gown was Very Pretty. Why the weird hair some ask? The Royal Queen had a crown in the fashion of a trumpet flower. The fairy kingdom was all of Flowers. Thumbelina was really a fairy. Her birth in the flower. The connection? look at all the fairies in bloom at the end. just as the Royals influenced the changing of the seasons, I believe Thumbelina maybe had magic fairy qualities like the influence over spring--- inspiring new life. IMO- very lovely story xoxo
