do you have more than one? and how badly does the cage smell? :/ you have plastic in your cage for the levels, i have wood, so i think thats why mine smell so bad.

@You're actually not supposed to have wood chips, but cloth or pellets are good. The cages don't smell if you clean them properly 2-4 times a week.

cute! My female rat does this will all food when she's out of the cage. Only now I only feed her in her cage because she made a nest under my chair and I have to keep cleaning it out, lol. Recently Iet her have the remainder of the cake I made before I cleaned the dish. She tried to push the whole glass baking pan across the floor, lol. They are pretty amazing to watch.

Aww I want a dumbo. My local pet shops only have standard ear placement, and not dumbo or hairless, so in a month I'm making an hour or so trip so I can have some of these adorable little critters to befriend my two current girls :]

yes lol she did move, the dogs and cats started to fight and it scared her so she leaped back onto me :( i did manage to get some lovely picture's of her asleep though and also Trinnie, Susanna is camera shy! lol she was asleep on my back so i didnt manage to get her :( and this video is lovely snoop is very playful isnt he? bless him, such a nice natured ratlet! :)

snoop is so much like trinnie lol it would be hard to tell them apart well if it wasnt for snoop been a boy and trinnie been a girl lol must be black dumbo's that are the mischeivous one's :P maisy is enjoying watching your video's by the way lol she is sat on the front of the desk staring lol and she keeps bruxing :P mum is looking for the camera so i can show you :) hopefully she wont move lol

Sadly at the moment I only have two rats left, Gardino and Angel. (Angel is a rescue from a Petshop I used to work at and only has one eye) At one point, I had about 12, split between boys and girls in various cages. I did a lot of rescue and fostering for a local rat club. I miss them all so much, but my living situation at the moment doesn't allow for me to get more :(

Thats sad about Angel, do you know the reason she only has 1 eye, it is very sad when they die, ive had a few die now.

Its very nice to be able to rescue and foster :)

Maybe in the future you could have more.

When Angel came to the pet shop as a baby she must have had a fight with another rat in transit. The pet shop manager was a really lovely caring person who paid for the vets to look after her and then gave her to me because she knew I'd look after her.

She's around nine weeks old. I rescued her from Petco, where sadly enough she was being sold as food. But I just love her, even though she's a bit mischievous at time, lol.
