@Colho5 You mix up a bot of those 2 into a routine.. for example... what i did was to replace the p90x cardio for the insanity, and keep the resistance and ab work outs of p90x!
@Colho5 If you mean doing both at the same time it's bad, you will be overtraining and that is really bad. But if you do a hybrid then ye it's more then ok =)

I've started a P90X and insanity this week but i can't handle it everyday with my job ( re-stocker which I'm always moving around ), so I'm going to try to keep the insanity fully and adding p90x wight-lifting. something like this:
