According to the IOC resoluation in 1979, Taiwan may not use their own flag as they want. What kind of flag they want to used in international matches, must be checked and authorised by IOC. So, what could you blam Chinese players if you just tried to break the requirements?

1943, Cairo Declaration required JP must return Taiwan to ROC.
August 1945, Potsdam Declaration confirmed that Cairo Declaration must be performed，meaning Taiwan belongs to China. And JP did returned TW to ROC after 1945.
1971, United Nation passed 2758(XXVI), recognised PROC is the only rep of China in UN instead of ROC.
So could you tell me, why isn't Taiwan a part of China (PROC)?
