  • Hi, blitztag1! The correct pronunciation of "Jacke" is ['jakə], not ['jaχə]. ;)

  • helpful, but his accent is painfully american!

  • der lehrer in de sie film hat eine starke english akzent

    pepe

  • Your videos are very good!

    Gruesse aus Brazil!

  • heftig, wenn man das so sieht, is ja mega schwer für nicht deutschsprachige das zu lernen

  • why the hell are you guys all talking about americans on a german grammer video

get lifes people besides just hating on one country all day or get up and actually do something about it and shut the fuck up

  • Das ist sehr hielflich

  • For me as a German pretty simple. But if I had to learn it as a foreigner it seems to be very difficult as I can see now.

The teacher is good by the way.

  • i just love german.

i learn it because its beautiful.

  • Why would an American learn German? I only eat sauerkraut and bratswurst once every 6 years.

  • @freeqwerqwer

Are you talking for all the people who live in America?

i.e. Argentina - Bolivia - Brazil - Chile - Colombia - Ecuador - Guyana - Paraguay - Peru - Suriname - Uruguay - Venezuela - Canada - The United States and Mexico???? Fucking idiot who thinks that only Northamerican people can be known as Americans.

And exactly... Why would you narrow-minded people could learn some of the most difficult languages in the world!!!!!???? No way for you peole, it's just too much for you.

  • @maldureve

This continent is called "The Americas" and my country is called "The United States of America". because when we declared ourelves a country in 1776, there were no other ones in the Americas.

We named ourvselves after Americus, the italian sailor who first spotted land.

Mexicans are named after Mesztico Indians. Argentina is named after the spanish word for Silver. Brazil is named after its large tree. Columbus after the Italian captain. Equador is named for the equater.

  • @maldureve, so idiots like must be from Mexico or S.America who don't understand the nuance of language. You dimwit assholes down there are the peolple of the Americas but you are not Americans.

  • @freeqwerqwer

The worst part of all this is that I'm a "North American" but I prefer saying I'm fucking German since regrettably I was born in that fucking country full of shit and fat couch potatoe people fudge packers who are said to be the saviors of the world with their nonsense movies and shallow music. With the worst president (Antichrist) during 2001-2009 and biggest mistakes maker ever!

So if you feel so proud of being "American" good for you but many of other citizens don't.

  • @maldureve, you've immersed yourself too much in the study of this useless dog language German and now even think of yourself as one of der Fuherer's boys.

You've even looking down on Americans who can't figure out some stupid ass kraut prefixes, the people who saved Kraut's asses after WW II.

U have a narrow view of US culture, same garbage Euro square views so u need to move your ungratefl ass overseas. Also, I'd rather listen to rap music than that Oomph Pah Pah kraut music anyday.

  • @maldureve, as for this awful german language, it is an unnecessary language to learn. Its word are too long, its grammar too complex, and the spoken sound is ugly sounding. It sounds like a lingo fit only for dogs.

  • @maldureve,

Why should I learn german? English is hard enough. American english has increased 8x the original English dictionary. American English surpasses that of British English because we are the ones who invented most of the new English words in all spheres---medicine, business, science/technology, etc.

No, my friend, we're not narrow minded, we're not stupid to want to learn some kraut lingo that has no use or value in the Americas.

  • @freeqwerqwer

Here I go again, it's only because you people wouldn't be able to learn the language it's too much for you, it's not a matter of needing it or if it necessarily using it it's just that. I'm a teacher of English and German and believe me that I spent almost 4 weeks trying to explain to a couple of "American" engineers the difference between kennen and wißen and those barmpots never could... the worst part is that they needed to apply for a German company by giving a simple test.

  • @freeqwerqwer

    American English sucks!

It's just a pseudo-charva-language which is barely understood especially when talking about fucking rap music or people from the country. You people just invent silly words which are said by a fucking shirt lifter and then everybody spreads the voice like a disease--- So don't say you arsefaces come up with new words since you arseholes were made from British immigrants and that's all you fucking saddo.

  • @maldureve English is English.. no matter where it's from. And it's pretty damn easy to learn.

  • @Zepheonn: Learning good English isn't just learning some kind of pidgin. Correct use of tenses, prepositions and idioms is not just a piece of cake.

  • @maldureve Please don't confuse American English with Ebonics. You think other countries don't have slang dialects?

  • @maldureve Contrary to popular belief, we don't call ourselves Americans because we think we're better than the Spanish colonies. We didn't name the damn country. It's got a title, United States, but the only real "name" in there is America. And there is no other adjective to refer to ourselves as. 'United States' citizen is a little cumbersome and lame. So don't blame us. It's the only thing we can call ourselves.

  • wunderbar!!! I'm italian and i'm studyng german, these videos are so much clear, I can study german and both improve my english!!! thanks so much!!! vielen danke!

  • I bet your German is just as miserable as your English is.

Just eat your pizza and be happy, please.

  • translate this, it's sicilian: teccà, manciati sta funciazza'i minchia, no picchì a to matri ci piaciu!!!

    RACIST!!!

  • I like Pizza. With lots of cheese. But no peperoni.

  • damn german is so difficult ._.

german is my first language but it makes me sick to see how complicated it is.. english is much easier. but i'm happy to be german^^

    good luck everyone :)

  • some Mistake at the Beginning

"viele von euch haben mir gesagt wie sehr euch diese videos geholfen HAT"

    Correct:

"viele von euch haben mir gesagt wie sehr euch diese videos geholfen HABEN" (video sigular, videos plural = hat --> haben)

and the sentence construction isn't correct

he said: Heute werden wir sprechen über die trennbaren Präfixe.

correct: Heute werden wir über die trennbaren Präfixe sprechen.

    or

heute sprechen wir über die trennbaren Präfixe (without werden)

  • Naja, Amerikaner sind eben dumm. Das ist kein Geheimnis.

  • @HerrderRingeFan1

Agree with you in the second part because we know for a fact that when there's a future case "werden" is conjugated and the "action verb" goes always at the end without being conjugated but when you say that he said iele von euch haben mir gesagt wie sehr euch diese videos geholfen HAT to me it sounds like "haben" the difference is that when you habe "en" at the end it has a weak sound and in this case the guy said it well.

  • Thank you so friggin' much.

  • and the last one :D viele dank last example

  • oh and also the one that was like shoosh nay sun or something.

  • do you mean zuschließen? - to lock

  • Does anyone know what the to prepare example was...vorbereinten or something I didnt catch it. Viele dank.

  • it's vorbereiten

  • oh what is that again? Vorbereiten...to something or another ehehe? Danke

  • etwas vorbereiten - to prepare (sth)

  • top videos, please continue. Your videos are the best.

  • Your videos are the best !

  • Agree

  • So do I

  • Lol you can't translate "Mr. Wallace in da house" into german, makes no sense =)

  • Correct me if I'm wrong, but to me, the sentence:

    'Mr. Wallace in da house'

    means:

'Mr. Wallace is present or has just arrived'

which you could fairly translate with:

    'Herr Wallace ist anwesend.'

or 'Aufgepasst! Hier kommt Herr Wallace.'

  • Jacke (jacket) has no "ch"-noise, it's just "k".

  • "So ich hoffe" is wrong word order - we say "So hoffe ich"

  • die jaCHe? ^^

  • wow your german pronounciation is veeery good!!!

  • there are more prefixes ;)

  • Well done. ;)
