Man I hear alot of Ppl say cookman dont do drills they dont have to everything else they do in they shows keep you interested and how many of ya'll can say ur band is as together as BCU they look like programmed robots on the field in everything they do so I think they the #1 cause its hard to get 350 people to look like the next person but they do it..so awesome job Wildcats...

From the drum majors' entrance I expected some real marching and amazing forms.

I saw two forms. One when they started playing and one where a few 'marchers' on the side started moving in.

Try searching for BMR Marching Band. We actually march and have drills while playing.

Well the reason why u only see two formations is because it was NCAT homecoming and instead of taking the full show me we usally do, we had cut it short so their band could enjoy their homecoming. Also as far as marching and playin,we do both check out our other clips b4 saying something like that.

I don't usually comment on my own video but I have to reply to this one. For the record, it was not A&T's homecoming. As you can plainly see, this is a night game. A&T has NEVER had a night game on homecoming. I don't know how you do it at Bethune Cookman, but most HBCUs play football almost immediately following the parade..

Well, from looking at the other videos I'd say you don't have as many sets and as complex formations as even the high-school level bands.

well sorry if u don't think they are not complex enough, but we have some drills that are complex that make pictures but sometimes we use very easy drills so that the new band members can adapt to our style instead of coming out doing pics and etc.

you're in a corp. style band. ive done both traditional and corp. and for what corp is yes it is complex...however i implore you to march just 1000 yds. in a marching wildcat's shoes and spats and tell me that what we do isnt complex. thanks for your support though..its always nice to know we have haters on our backs...lets us know we're doing something right.
