I don't see K9999 in the select screen , maybe they have deleted him.

K9999 doesn't appear, but there's a character called Nameless, who has similar moves to him.

He plays almost the same as K9999, he's the character with black and white hair and a long black cloak.

He is the only brand new character confirmed (although technically he's not new, he's just a redone K9999).

This game was awesome to play at TGS2008, should be out in Japan next year.

The character at 0:28 is called "nameless" I believe, a clone of K' and Kyo, however with a moveset just like K9999, which was removed due to licensing issues with Akira (no joke).
