@kaldemvor thank you. I did this a long time ago and we couldnt find any of multi-stage E engine. and we actually did a test run with a G engine, it could not handle it, spun out of control and shot off the wrong way, maybe ill post that hilarious video.

I built a rocket car just like that one and as we counted down from ten, a semi-truck carrying steel beams came down the road at around the count of three and ran over my car. You really wouldn't think a fully loaded semi going eighty mph would do that much damage to a small plastic model car.

If you could use the electric motor to get it up to 25mph or so and disgengage the transmission with another channel , similar to the way a traxxas shifts to reverse, lite the fuse, take off and then by the time you are at top electric speed the rockets would kick in and put you well over 100mph . Very cool idea. You could easily use another channel for a wireless ignition system!. Cool the way it is too of course.

well i disagree. sure that has a higher top speed then a single geared off-roader but 65 is pooooop for a street car.

And that acceleration was a joke. it takes maybe 1.5 seconds for a street car to hit top speed.

My proof of the stupidity of this video is when they say the max velocity was Mach 2.3...or 1548 MPH
