It's obvious. As we all know, even without Commando, the MW2 lunges are overpowered and too far. The guy lunged him, i.e. He transported towards the other player so fast, that he went faster than the bullets, surviving long enough to knife the dude, and creating a time warp thingymabob, causing the bullets to go back in time and return inside his body, killing him. I think.
