Basically, Eric Bana only traveled into the past but after a while he began to travel into the future. Eric Bana and Rachel McAdams was married for almost 20 years ish I believe and in those times he traveled A LOT. And when he did he went to the future and visited his wife and daughter so that even though he dies at the end, he'll still always appear once in a while.

i've watched this movie before I read the book, now I've finished it. many people would say the movie sucked, but I say it did justice to the book, yeah so Alba didn't have black hair, Henry wasn't that muscular and all that, but the actors played the characters so well it's like they came out of the book. In the scene where she gets out of bed the morning after they have sex for the first time, the audience in the cinema literally gasped in horror because her ribs and spine were visibly protruding and you could count every vertebrae running along her back. I found their reaction ironic and funny because most of them were girls who had the exact same body frame as McAdams.

I was reading the book first, and i couldnt take it anymore and went to see it yesterday. This movie is the type i can see over and over and never get tired of it.Only down side i can think of is i do recomend readiing the book, which reveals some vital information to the story line that makes some parts of the movie more clear. Other then that I would recomend this movie for any woman, men hard to say it is a chick flick in ways.

If you like time travel therories,etc you will love this.
