This happens all the time in Swedish fast food resturaunts. We were there last summer and witnessed this pretty girl in her early 20s pick up someone's frys from the serving counter that weren't hers. She basically stole them, but just 99-cents worth of fries. The employees said she had to give them back after she ate half of them. They put her up against the wall, lifted the shirt over her head, and punched her exposed belly until she "gave the fries back" she had eaten.
