  • its probably good, but isnt it too chalky with sooo much spice?

  • your cooking videos are more like a comedy show...haha..

  • Great recipe. I have one suggestion. Talk naturally. You don't have to put up an accent. You dishes are good but your talk is a little slow. You want your podcast to be crystal clear and short. Talk naturally and people will understand I am sure. Be confident and loosen up a bit yaar! Have fun doing it! All the best!

  • I think he loves the beer.. which probably explains his "accent!" I've seen him gulp his beer in a couple of his other videos... haha

  • I am a keralite myself and we make this all the time but we use beef cubes instead and 1/2 cup of coconut milk to curry it up. Another tip: if you pressure cook the beef cubes before performing the recipe it comes out even more tender. Anyway keep up the good work. Peace.

  • i am not that fond of beef. do you think i could use chicken breast instead?

  • Limon,

    Thanks for Mentioning

  • when r u going to make the next dish yar ...

  • Indian food rocks !! best food for sure :D

  • instead of tomatoes you should add yogurt, its always tastes better

  • Nicely done, although I would be more comfortable if the beef was cooked a little longer. Browned coconut (fried in a little oil with couple of red chillies) may be a good alternative to plain grated coconut. Keep up the good work!

  • Cilantro = My favorite herb/spice!
